Sydney-wide delivery, safe pick-up, and clear project coordination

We ensure your premium skylights arrive safely and on time. Whether you opt for our fast Sydney-based delivery service or prefer a free pick-up from our Peakhurst warehouse, we provide transparent details on timeframes, fees, and coordination so you can plan your installation with complete confidence.

Sydney delivery and shipping information

We strive to make receiving your new skylights straightforward and efficient. We primarily offer delivery services within the Greater Sydney Metropolitan area. For orders outside this zone, please contact us for a custom freight quote before placing your order.

Delivery zone: We service the Greater Sydney Metropolitan area, including Peakhurst, Sutherland Shire, Inner West, Northern Beaches, etc.

Delivery fees: Are calculated based on the size and weight of your total order and your delivery postcode. The final cost will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery timeframes: Standard delivery within our Sydney zone is typically completed within 3-5 business days of the order being processed. For custom-made products, timeframes will be confirmed on your individual quote.

Scheduling: Once your order is ready, a member of our team will contact you directly to schedule a delivery day and time that works for you.

Receiving your order: All skylights and materials must be signed for upon delivery. Please ensure there is a responsible person available to inspect and accept the delivery.

Showroom pick-up (free of charge)

If you prefer, you are welcome to pick up your order directly from our warehouse at no additional cost.

Ready for Collection: We will notify you by phone or email as soon as your order is ready to be collected. Please do not attempt collection before receiving this confirmation.

Collection hours: Pick-up is available during our standard warehouse operating hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00AM - 1:00PM. 

Vehicle Requirements: Please ensure you bring an appropriate vehicle capable of safely transporting the size and weight of your skylight products. Free parking is available on-site.

Receiving your order: All skylights and materials must be signed for upon pickup. Please ensure there is a responsible person available to inspect and accept the delivery.

Damages or missing items

We inspect all products before they leave our warehouse. If your items arrive damaged or if there are missing components, you must note this on the delivery receipt and notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us immediately with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
